well the gentleman was early (which i liked) and he called before coming.When he arrived he examined my chair and saiid it was nothing as far as repair to the frame,but he did recommend someone concerning my issue and he was very polite and curtious,i was extremely pleased and would recommend him again for repairs

Arrived on time and fixed the furniture on site that could be repaired in the house. After having had work done in Europe, however, I have to admit that his methods were a bit elementary. Nevertheless, the finished work looks okay--the site of the repairs are only visible to those of us who know where to look (I hope), but not if looking just in passing.
