I did not use Sears, but I did use anchor services. They were able to knock down a wall,redirect electric, take down a popcorn ceiling.lay a tile floor,paint,put in new cabinets, and granite counters in five weeks. I recomend them highly.

The rating is based on paying a premium price & what should be expected for that. The people who work for Sears, not sub-contractors, are generally on the ball & a pleasure to deal with. The sub-contractors are on the cell phone too often to avoid a small issue becoming a major issue, & possibly causing delayed damage some time in the future. The company they buy their cabinets from does a poor job with the finish, not sanded properly, runs in the finish, & debris stuck to the outer coating. It is a production line finish from a sweat shop, not the finish of a craftsman that you would expect for paying a premium price.

He removed the defective part and used the internet to locate the source for a replacement. When it was received he immediately returned and installed it.
