I gave them a good rating - but this is before the job has been done. I gave them a good rating because they came out twice. The first time I thought the estimate was too high, and instead of thanking me and letting me go like two others did, they called back within four days and said they had solutions that would be less expensive, and they wanted the chance to come back to at least discuss it. They did, and the price was right and I signed a contract with them.
