Reface Already Installed Cabinets in 49424
The installer, Jeff, did an outstanding job with the cabinets. We had one glitch with the glass...we didn't initially get what we had ordered....were told it wasn't available when it was...were told we might have to pay some money out of our pocket. I was disappointed that Mike didn't take responsibility for the mix-up...he pointed fingers at the glass place and really didn't handle it well. The installer, Jeff, made the call to the glass supplier. At any rate, after a short delay, we did get the correct glass and the kitchen looks great.

Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding in 49343
The siding crew was great. They gave us daily updates on their progress. They took every concern seriously. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and had a great work ethic. The window crew were not quite as good. The caulking left a little to be desired. However Sears did all they could do to make us happy. One window was simply not to our liking and they replaced it at no charge.
