I an extremely satisfied with the windows Sears installed and with the people with whom the installation was associated. from the salesman to the installer.
The price was higher than any of the other providers, but I decided to go with a company that had a know business record of over 100 years (I think), i.e., I know I will be able to find them if I need to down the line since this is a lifetime guarantee. That being said, I found the other salesman professional and knowledgable whose product seemed to be as good as Sears.
