Meticulous to detail and workmanship. Took pride in his work. Courteous. Arrived on time and completed the job in the time promised. Answered all questions A REAL professional! I would highly recommend him to anyone having a kitchen remodel if you want a worry-free, hassle-free beautiful job done. This was not my first remodel job, but would definitely select him for any future work. He is tops!

I could do without the 2 hour presentation and the semi-high pressure sales tactics, but, the windows are as advertised, the installation was professional and quickly done. The prices for Sears windows are higher than others, but you get a reputable company that you'll be able to call in 20 years, and someone you can find if there's a problem. My advice for others - bring Sears in last to estimate your window replacement.
