Initially Sears was asking more than I was willing to pay. Then, Sears came back with offer lower than any other remodeler. I chose cabinetry & countertops from Sears' offerings. We set the install date. Contractors and materials arrived on time at my condo. In under 8 hours, Sears contractors: (1) removed & install cabinets/countertops and (2) did electrical work (GFCI ) needed to meet state code. Near the end, my old dishwasher broke. Sears offered to install (no added cost) a new dishwasher if I purchased one. I did so. Contractors returned & installed it. I paid Sears at the end of install. I'm very satisfied with my kitchen.
