From the first in home interview with Charlie and Ken we were pleased with their professionalism. They listened to our ideas and invited us to their showroom. They came and inspected our room once we were ready to begin and the installation is beautiful. Everything is just as we wished. Ken and Frank did a wonderful job of instillation. Jason did a great job. There was some miscommunication between what I wanted and what Jason quoted. This error was not caught until Jason thought he was done with the job. When I mentioned the unfinished work, he honored the inital contract and finished the entire job.
