From the first in home interview with Charlie and Ken we were pleased with their professionalism. They listened to our ideas and invited us to their showroom. They came and inspected our room once we were ready to begin and the installation is beautiful. Everything is just as we wished. Ken and Frank did a wonderful job of instillation. Sam was prompt, courteous, and very professional throughout the project. He was the first to call, set up a consultation, and proposed a work plan with a reasonable flat fee for the cabinet reinstallation. the job was completed exactly as he outlined, and the crew did a fantastic job with cleanup. Sam's communication was superb.
