Build an Addition in 01863

We needed to have a 2-car garage (with an above storage room) added onto the house. We also wanted the entire structure sided in vinyl. JAYRON's bid was not the lowest but my wife and I were so impressed in their work ethic and use of high quality building materials that we were confident in going with them. We have to say it was the right choice and a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The project was started and completed in a timely manner (despite all the inclement weather we had) and the workmanship was excellent! We were delighted with how the project turned out and, as a result, highly recommend JAYRON, LLC.

Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests in 01773

I was very pleased with the work that David Welch of Brant Point Building did for us. We had extensive rot and carpenter ant damage under a chronically ;leaking sunroom. In less than two weeks David replaced all the damaged wood, designed, reframed and completely rebuilt the area into a lovely watertight roofed space with 2 skylights, a huge window and slider -- leaving us a much more practical space. He is extremely efficient, prompt, and careful, with great attention to detail and an impressive knowledge of carpentry and just about everything else needed for the project. His price was very reasonable and the workmanship superb.
