I had arranged for Maximum Chimmey Service to do the job, but they failed to show up on the appointed day to completed the work. Never heard from them again.
I then called City Builders and they were more reseaonable in price and will do the job.
Today, 09-30-09, they will set up a date to complete the work. (Hopefully)
