Concrete with a Heart cleaned and repointed a previously hidden chimney that will be exposed after the bedroom remodel. In addition, there was considerable damage to a few bricks which were replaced and matched very well. The guys were able to perform the work on short notice, were courteous and the chimney looks great. This may be the nature of the work (and that it was inside), but the only complaint is the signifcant ammount of dust leftover after they finished. The area was well picked up, broom clean, etc... but a quick vacuum would have really made a great impression. Overall, I would recommend Concrete with a Heart.

Ashley was very helpful in getting our project scheduled in spite of uncooperative weather. His employees showed up early on the day they were supposed to and worked diligently each day. The job was probably more intense than they were expecting, which they told me at the beginning, so I knew to expect it to take longer than a day or so. They did an excellent job blending the new work with the existing, and were very thorough in the repair work they did. Each day they cleaned up the site. Payment was easy and Ashley assured me if there were any problems with the work they did, that they would be available to take care of it.

The professionals from Outdoor Escapes were eager to please and get the work completed quickly without sacrificing quality. They were patient with me and took the time to answer my questions about the mason work being done. They did a fantastic job, my chimney looks like new. I am very pleased
