He came and listened to my problem, and then he got out his ladder and climbed on my roof. He brought a camera with him so he could show me what he thought needed to be done. He came down and had a paper with all the things itemized on it. He showed me what he thought I needed. I had a paper to view if I forgot. He did a professional job of explaining what was necessary. He is the one I have hired to do the work he was able to show me what I needed done. I could only see the brickwork that needed work on the ground because I am not climbing up on my roof. I told him he did the best presentation. I hope he does as good a job on my hou
