I was very impressed by the work done by Roger. He was very flexible, (I had to change our first appointment time and day) courteous and very punctual. Their cost was competitive with another pro, but Ben's was more responsive and had been recommended by a friend at work (as well as Servicemagic). The team worked quickly and left the area cleaner than they found it. Our steps are now solid and look great. I may hire Ben's to do a walkway project next year.
