For improvement, I suggest that they improve their communication... especially with a subcontractor. Several decisions were made before consulting with me and I was always available by phone.

I had submitted requests to several roofing companies in the area and none were as prompt or professional as Mark Champagne with Allied roofing.Mark is a straight up guy that gives you a fair and up front estimate.He'll tell you right out he may not be the cheapest guy but you'll be 100% satisfied and most importantly the jobs done right.My home had old asphalt shingles on it and had developed a leak.I wanted the situation made air tight.He assessed the situtation and gave me several choices on the handling of it.The job went just as he stated and was performed in a timely and professional manner.(no mess!)I would recomend him to anyone.
