Contractor response was professional and great. Phone calls were returned, appointments promptly scheduled, showed up on time, explained estimates, removed all debris and cleaned up work area. In addition after starting the repair job the contractor uncovered some hidden damage not included in his repair estimate. Repairing the uncovered damage required travel time to pick up additional materials and additional repair time. When all was said and done we were only charged for the cost of the additional materials, the contractors time was on the house! Now that's what I call SERVICE!

TK Masonry responded promptly, came up with a repair plan for the retaining wall that made sense, did a fine and on time job. What impressed me most was that, when we discussed the need for gutters on the house, rather than taking on the job, recommended that we get an experienced gutter installer to do the work.
