The owner, Nasario, was prompt in quoting on the project, with the followup to see if he'd be awarded the job. He's very good in explaining what has to be done and answering questions that we had. His work appears to be thorough and well-done, and he cleaned the area where he worked. But the flashing around the chimney was done by a workman that Nasario contracted after he and his crew finished, and I wished that he would have come by to check the work (flashing) to make sure that it was done properly. Otherwise, I would readily hire him again, and will recommend him to anyone that needs his services.
