Quality of work was excellent, with low prices to boot. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, courteous and hard working. They went the extra mile to make sure our new steps were exactly what we wanted. The only thing I would have changed would have been to explicitly list out all of the colors of stone we wanted to use for each part of the project in a more detailed way on our contract. Not doing this caused some confusion for both us and SB Services that could have been easily avoided. Regardless, we are extremely satisfied with the end result and would use SB Services again.

They performed the work that they said they would and it looked great. It was one of the hottest days of the year and they still got it done. We were a little disappointed with the clean up afterward of our driveway and street. Things were not completely swept and there was oil leaked on our driveway from the trucks.

The two representatives who came out let me know right away that the fireplace (in my rented house) would not work, and they didn't want to make me have to pay the inspection fee - unless the landlord really wanted the whole thing checked out. So, they came all that way - and still gave me a professional opinion - but saved me an inspection fee. And they were polite, friendly, and professional. No wonder this company is the highest rated in Delaware! It deserves the rating! These guys were great!
