Friendly, honest, I decided to go with Karda because no one would call me back out of the 6 places I called. Good thing they didn't, what I got was great service. I had a small 1 day job but it did require a special cut to order limestone slab. I offered to give him a small down payment to cover the ordering of the piece and he said he would only take payment upon completion of the job and my satisfaction. When the slab took a little extra time he picked up the phone to let me know what was going on. I didn't know him or get a refferal I just found him on the internet but would recommend him very professional.

Was very happy with time frame in which Dave worked. Work was completed as stated. On a portion of the front step that needed to be replaced, where there was one step up, he replaced it as two steps up. The look of the step is very much better than before, but the one extra step he added is not very wide and I am hoping no one trips on it. I probably just wish he had discussed this with us before action was taken. To his side, there was very much going on here at the house at the time, so that could be why. But the tuckpointing was an excellent idea and he did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the outcome.

Karda Company was very professional and experienced. David Nance, the owner, is very educated about the process. We have a really old home and he knew exactly how to fix our issues as well as matching our old bricks. He does all of the work himself, which made me feel even better about the end result I was getting. If I had any concerns he was easy to talk to about it and quick to fix anything I was concerned about. He doesn't have you pay until he is finished and your are satisfied. His bid was also very reasonable. He was easy to work with and I would recommended him to anyone I know.
