Repair Brick or Stone Flatwork in 80016
They were prompt to respond to my request for service. They came to my home within 1 day to provide an estimate. The repair person arrived at my home on time and ready to work. The quality of the work was excellent. The repaired brick column does not appear to have ever been knocked down or broken.
The only issue I had with Mr. Handyman of East Metro Denver was the cost of the actual work exceeded the initial bid by 50%. The explanation of the difference did justify the increased cost but it still was a surprise when the invoice was presented.
I would highly recommend Mr. Handyman to anyone that asks.

Install a Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Non-Gas) in 80013
Bob gave me the name of a pro to ask for guidance on the type of unit to buy and the accessories needed. We scheduled a time for him to come out to install my electric fireplace and it was done before Christmas, as requested.
Bob was late due to the weather and his commitment to complete a previous appointment before the snow came (that's commendable), so as a result he gave me a discount and finished the job in good time. He offered to take out the empty boxes and haul my old fireplace to the garage.
I am very satisfied with the project and will refer him to anyone else needing this type of work done.

Repair a Gas, Pellet, or Wood Stove in 80126
Bob was prompt, incredibly friendly, very clear about what needed to be done, and what each cost would be. He completed the job on time and efficiently, and when we needed to buy another part to convert my gas fireplace to wood burning, and his estimated price was off, he finished the job in less time than estimated so as not to bill me for any additional costs.
I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend his services.
