I was very pleased with the overall service. The workers were professional and did an excellent job fixing my front stairs. They came at the scheduled time and cleaned up after themselves. Phone calls were returned promptly and I was not charged additional money even though more work was needed than originally discussed in the estimate.I was out doing lawn work and I have already received a complement on the work that was done. John Fitzgerald was very professional. He returned my phone calls promptly and was flexible in scheduling a time to visit my home and provide an estimate. I didn't receive an estimate in writing, which I probably should have asked for but it ended up working out. He and his crew were very efficient in completing the work, and did a superb job. They replaced the blue stone steps on my stoop. The new steps look great and the job was completed in less than a day.
