They started the job on-time, finished when they promised, and created a patio that went well beyond our expectations. When we started having trouble with the construction side of the project led by Rick (unnecessary delays, poor work) Kevin quickly jumped in on that side as well to ensure the job was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. The finished project goes beyond anything we could have imagined. If Kevin is on the job, I would highly recommend Carroll Landscaping.

Mr. Irwin was great. He did everything just right, and we could not have asked for more. He has lots of knowledge, shares his ideas, listens very well to what you are interested in doing, and proposes alternatives for consideration He is flexible and makes alterations as needed to meet changing situations. He operates in a very cost-effective manner. We feel that he did an exceptionally good job for a very fair price. His workers are very hard-working and pleasant. He delivered exactly what he said he would do and more and did so in a timely fashion. Also, he provides very specific guidance as to what follow-up should be done.

They were great. I can't say enough about the team. We ran into some issues beyond their control, which they corrected quickly so that we could move on with the job. Job is finished, I love my new front yard and I've had lots of compliments from my neighbors. Excellent company, very professional. I'll definitely use them again.
