Overall, I was satisfied with the work. Work began within two weeks of signing the contract. A couple of quibbles are that I was not notified in advance of the crew's arrival to start work. I would have preferred a telephone call in advance to notify me. Secondly, the cleanup following completion of the job could have been better. A number of rocks were left around and the old landscaping material (i.e., retaining bricks etc) were not removed. However, I am very happy with the look of the completed landscaping and have received several compliments about the work from friends and neighbors.

Jerry was prompt and courteous, he was knowledgeable about the planting he recommended.

Everything has not always gone perfectly with the work that Jerry has done for us first time, but in EVERY case where we have not been satisfied, Jerry was able to rectify any shortcomings that we agreed upon. I think the ability to fix problems is really important. I have reused Jerry several times and wholeheartedly recommend him and his team to others.
