I met with Joe from Bartlet Exteriors and explained what I wanted done and he assured me his company could do the job. I met with my project supervisor and he understood what I wanted done with the walkway. They did a very nice job on the walkway but the thing I was not pleased with was we talked about running the down spout from the house under the walkway and out in the yard with a popup water emitter. That part did not quite happen. They did run the spout under the walkway and into the yard but left the end exposed for the water to run into the yard. It was left open at the end so small animals and bird could get into the drain pipe.

Install or Replace Natural Slate Roofing in 21771

I worked with Brad Young who was very professional. He helped me pick out a quality shingle to replace a 70 year old slate roof while still maintaining the character of the home since a slate replacement would have been cost prohibitive. I had 5 contractors give me estimates and I chose Bartlett Exteriors based on their reputation, calls to previous customers, competive price and the professionalism of Brad Young. Because of inclement weather, they had to delay the project twice but Brad kept me well informed. They completed the project just prior to a 15 inch snowstorm and did a very neat and great looking job. I would highly recommend them.
