Stephen's customer service was top notch. He was prompt with contacting me after the first registered for the service. He arrived to the appointment on time and thoroughly explained what he could do. He was very professional. The only reason I did not let him do the job was because his price was too expensive; I couldn't afford his service. Even when I told him that I was going to try to get the patio built cheaper, he told me what to look for and to call him if I had any questions. He wanted me to give him a follow-up. His professionalism was amazing. I just wish that I could afforded him. ServiceMagic is great! Thank you.
