David Hawkins personally did the estimate working closely with us on our project. They were the only company that actually understood that cost was driving our decisions. We had 5 companies bid and he was the only one who provided a very detailed itemized estimate, allowing us to pick what we wanted done and get the most for our money. The actual workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the finished project which came in on budget. The only minor negative was that his pesticide team which came two weeks before the main project came unannounced. A phone call prior would have been nice. Otherwise, a great experience!

Install or Replace Exterior Window Shutters in 21702
Outstanding company to do business with. The work was done expertly and in a timely manner. In addition to the complete restoration and painting of the original 80 year old shutters, re glazing + repair and painting of window frames has made my house look superb. Additional miscellaneous repairs and improvements were made around the house by the owner of the company , Mr. Lear ,a very knowledgeable and excellent craftsman. I will definitely use this company for my home improvement needs in the future.
