David Hawkins personally did the estimate working closely with us on our project. They were the only company that actually understood that cost was driving our decisions. We had 5 companies bid and he was the only one who provided a very detailed itemized estimate, allowing us to pick what we wanted done and get the most for our money. The actual workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the finished project which came in on budget. The only minor negative was that his pesticide team which came two weeks before the main project came unannounced. A phone call prior would have been nice. Otherwise, a great experience!
