Mr. Irwin was great. He did everything just right, and we could not have asked for more. He has lots of knowledge, shares his ideas, listens very well to what you are interested in doing, and proposes alternatives for consideration He is flexible and makes alterations as needed to meet changing situations. He operates in a very cost-effective manner. We feel that he did an exceptionally good job for a very fair price. His workers are very hard-working and pleasant. He delivered exactly what he said he would do and more and did so in a timely fashion. Also, he provides very specific guidance as to what follow-up should be done.

work completed within time line. Used very small, immature plants that had a difficult time surviving through the summer. They replaced a tree that died within the first 30 days. a small bush dies - I believe because it was so immature.

Install Sod in 20705
The sinkhole that was filled in started to drop after just one day of rain.
A folllowup up visit is due this week to further review the project. I hope that I will not be charged further because the original job did not work.
Also, I had sod put down in several areas. I called back and mentioned that several areas still need sod put down as agreed to. That will be done on the follow up visut.
