Despite the snow storm which had already begun on February 5, David Meyers came to our house to reinstall the glass doors on our fireplace. A contractor was supposed to have arrived earlier but for some reason had not received the ticket for the job. When the scheduler realized this, she immediately went to work to make sure the work was done despite the snow. Given that our power went out for four days beginning the following morning and our need for heat from our fireplace, we were VERY GRATEFUL and impressed with their professionalism and commitment to keeping their word.
