They came out and did a relatively inexpensive repair. When the repair failed, they came back out in a timely manner, and determined that the new part that they had installed had failed and they replaced it with no cost. At my suggestion, they also agreed that the next time that they were out in the area, they would stop by and install a water heater faucet shut off at minimal cost since they did not have a shut off valve with them on the second call
