The work itself was very good and so were their work habits. Only area to improve in is what is communicated to crew. The initial survey could be a little more detailed so crew have all the information needed.

They were not able to stick with the plan on their furnace bid, and were not able to contact me, so they put in a much more expensive furnace than I had asked for. They came back and adjusted the burner. They seem to have gone to every effort to ensure I would be satisfied.
