The technician called to let me know that he was running a few minutes late because of an accident on the highway. He arrived within 15 minutes of notifying me. He was thorough, courteous and explained in detail verbally and written exactly what he did. Their price was right out of the three companies I spoke with. This company was mid-range and I'm happy that I chose them. The total price included the maintenance agreement for my boiler and a/c. The other companies were charging extra for the agreement, one being very high for a maintenance agreement, which ruled them out automatically.
