Robert called me promptly to schedule a time to come out and give me a free estimate. The estimate was fair and he was very knowledgeable and concerned with making sure I was happy and understood everything, which is why I chose Glenoak over the other plumbers that I met. He reviewed the replacement parts that I was going to order to ensure that we had all of the pieces needed and we made an appointment for the installation. We had a small issue with the appointment time, but it was immediately rectified and the work was done quickly and we are very happy with the results. I would definitely call Glenoak Plumbing again for any future needs
