I had a problem with my basement shower drain. It craked and water was leaking all over the floor. I received several astronomical qoutes from plumbers and some plumbers wouldn't even come out to look at it beause it sounded like a "big job". James was different, he was very polite and professional . He came to look at the problem that same day and fixed it the same day for a very competitive price! He even gave me a labor warranty and came out to reassess the area when I though something was wrong, and there wasn't. While I have to admit that we found Earl to be very prompt and friendly and the work to be excellent, my husband was frustrated with him. When he arrived, my husband showed him the section of pipe we wanted replaced, and Earl said the location made it difficult and he thought it would be best to just do the smaller section near the pinhole leak. After he had been working on it a while, he came back up and informed us that he thought that we should really have the larger section of pipe replaced before too long. Hubby was upset, as the bill was already higher than we had hoped, and this sounded like he wast trying to get a new job out of it.
