I contacted Brady through Servicemagic to give me a "second opinion" regarding another company's recommendation that I get a new furnace. He responded very quickly and was honest about what I really needed. He was in to do the work the very next day (the week of Thanksgiving!). I found him to be very professional, while also being friendly and down to earth. He saved me thousands of $$ by cleaning/repairing my current system, which, it turned out, did not yet need to be replaced. He did excellent work, and even offered to let my dog out while I was gone for the day! Now THAT is going the extra mile! I would highly recommend the Green Smile.
