After putting my request in for service on Thursday night I was contacted by Mike on Friday morning explained the situation. He gave me a couple of possible scenarios and asked when he can come to the house and I said any time today , his response was " I will be there some time between 12 and 1 pm " and he did show up as promised. With my help he performed a couple of tests and explained to me how to deal with them if the situation occurs again.
