Todd tells you the facts are and what your options are and than lets you decide. I appreciate the fact that Todd does not do the high pressure sales pitch routine. He also showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would do; which is a major plus when you are in a stressful situation and are depending on a contractor. My system was old and I decided to replace it rather than dump more money into repairing it. Todd's intallers were prompt, courteous, and did a very good job. They also cleaned up all the trash after they finished the installation. Very satisfied with the level of service I received.
