He called right away; was very frank, open and honest. He was overqualified for what needed to be done. (The swamp cooler simply needed to be winterized.) I appreciated the fact that he didn't push to get the job, and that he offered a discount if I really needed him to do the work.

Bruce responded right away and was very helpful. He even helped one of my neighbors with an issue he was having. He gave us all the details from just a fix to what would need to be done to replace our boiler. He hasn't even done the work yet and I'm impressed.
