Install, Repair or Replace Plumbing or Fixtures in 20008

We had 2 concerns: one a damp spot on the outside (brick) wall of the house that never dried up. The other-- our toilets were regularly getting plugged up. The plumber sent out checked the inside of the house, where the wet spot was. He determined that the leak was not from any pipes in the house, but from water collecting from the downspout when it rains.
Just had our gutters cleaned, so it remains to be seen, if that is indeed the case. He also adjusted the water tank levels, for all the WC's. They all flushed better after the that. The plumber was prompt (only a 2hr window!), seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions that I had.
