Keith, the owner of Climate Mechanical Systems, called me almost immediately after I sent my request through Service Master on a Sunday morning. He did not have the part he would need to repair my furnace that day, but said he could repair it Monday afternoon. As is almost unheard of with any contractor, Keith arrived before the appointed time to repair the furnace. He explained the potential complications with the project and did not try to pressure me into replacing my 25 year-old furnace if it could be repaired. Keith was on time, professional and friendly. I would hire Climate Mechanical Systems again.

When we made the initial appointment for replacement of our outdated sump pump, Mr. Warren Hunt , The Owner of Hunt Plumbing came to give us a Free Estimate. He went to the area where the work would be done, explained in detail every thing that would be involved, how long the job would take and gave us the names of his employee's that would be doing our job. He then sat down with us and in detail listed the cost of the materials and the labor. The Estimate, the Out of Pocket Expense for us to have this job completed was Very Fair and Reasonable! They did a Great Job !
