Darren did a really good job on a tough project. We had a very old, very dirty oil-fired boiler - original from when the house was built in 1939 - big, messy job to remove. He ran the gas line and installed the new (tiny compared to the old one) gas-fired boiler, repaired the floor where the old boiler had been, and connected the new one to radiator system. He even came back several months later and changed how he had plumbed the overflow b/c he learned of a code change - no charge. Not always super-punctual, esp for jobs in southend (he's in Lynnwood) but he does good work.

They could not fit us into their schedule the same day due to the high demand (start of the heating season - plus a Friday) but recommended someone else who they have been working with a lot: Dan Comstock of Advanced Energy Savers Inc. "Dan the man" came by the same day, diagnosed the problem (a faulty condensation pump) and was back the next day to install a new pump. He would have been back in the evening of the first day, despite it being a Friday and him having a very long work day, had it not been for us being gone that night. Two thumbs up!
