There was a response to my request within 10 minutes. By email because it was near midnight when I placed my request and Mr. Raisland didn't want to wake anyone by phone. I was invited to call him. I did and found a polite professional who honored my wishes for service at my convenience and called late morning to advise who would arrive and when. Chris Simile arrived and completed the service within an hour of his arrival. I would not hesitate to call this company again or to recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.
I highly recommend anyone call and trust this company.
Oh, and the charge was very fair.

Within SECONDS after submitting my request to Servicemagic, Kalvin contacted me to discuss my problem. He was able to arrange an appt. for the next day at approximately 10:00 a.m. The service was performed today by Chris who kept me informed every step of the way. In spite of the dificulty i removing the old faucet, Chris remained positive and upbeat where others would have given up. The faucet and valves were replaced and Chris cleaned up the old debris. I am VERY IMPRESSED by the service received from this contractor, and HIGHLY recommend them!!! THANK YOU Chris and Plumbing and Heating Technologies!

I had a terrible leak one Sunday morning and I contacted Plumbing & Heating Technologies and they sent someone out within the hour. The gentlemen arrived located the problem and fixed it promptly. I am so grateful for Service Magic and Plumbing & Heating Technologies. They are professional, down to earth and I would highly recommend them.
