My furnace area had a finished celling. I needed a bigger exhaust pipe. They were the only ones that would repair the ceiling if necessary. They were the only one that came up with a way to do the exhaust without taking out the dry wall.
They did all they paperwork for the state and federal grants. Some people were not aware of the grants.
The installation was done in half a day.
The salesman, Tom Edwards, came out a week later with the paper work and answered a few questions.
The furnace has eliminated a few cold spots that we had in the house.

Did not go with Craetive Heating, my next door neighbor did. I sent Tom Edwards (Creative Heating salesperson) over to my neighbor and this is my neighbor rating. I went with Father and Son Heating, Cool, Plum. a mistake they was not as good with the paper work or the follow-up. My neighbor said he did not have to call Craetive Heating at all about anything, all the rebates forms was completed by them, where Father and Son Heating I had to find the rebates form on line and had to repeatedly call them to come back and sign the forms.
