Al, the plumber was very helpful and patient in explaining what needed to be done. The electrician was impersonal and did not take the time to speak to me and to explain what was done. The room was not cleaned and the patched job on the wall was poorly done. I appreciated Joe's assistance in helping me communicate with the plumber and electrician. He was very prompt and courteous. Overall, I am satisfied with the work done.
