I performed all the prep work in accordance with their advice (cutting holes in the sheetrock ceiling and cutting plugs to fit them). They turned-up on time, with a large crew and were done in less than 2hrs, and cleaned-up behind themselves. Very little mess.
How effective blown cellulose is as an insulator in terms of keeping heat in our apartment, is difficult to assess at this time. Sound wise with respect to noise from above - no difference, which is a little dissapointing. But this has nothing to do with the serice thaty Energy Pros supplied.

Scott and his crew were great! They completed the work in less time than the original estimate and our kitchen and TV room are much warmer! We had space heaters in each room and after Scott completed the work, we no longer have to turn them on! We were very pleased with his work.
