Overall he provided very good service. He was very timely, and the cost was within my expected budget. His clean up had a little to be desired in basement where there were trails left that I cleaned up. But the cost was equal to the value of the work done.

Scott was more a project coordinator than the contractor who did the work. Energy Pros, with whom Scott works, did the work. They were absolutely superb. On-time, on budget, extremely competent, and very pleasant to work with. Carolyn Johnston in front office was exceptionally organized and filed the paperwork necessary to get me a rebate from NStar Gas. Kevin and his crew worked very hard, communicated very effectively. A first-class experience all the way. And the tenants have happily informed me that their heating bills have already come down a lot.
