AllCellulose did the best job of listening to the problem I was trying to solve and providing solutions vs. just giving me a recommendation to meet the current standards for insulation. Lowell arrived on-time for my free estimate as well as on the scheduled installation days. AllCellulose was the only company that scheduled two days to complete the job rather than one - that is an indication of the quality of work they demand. I felt like Lowell was providing the quality and care he would do in his own home! AllCellulose exceeded all of my expectations and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to any of my friends.

Communication very poor; 2 calls to verify the scheduled appointment time went unreturned. Workers arrived as scheduled and did a great job. I'm satisfied with the work, but not the Administrative office. It took me 3 phone calls this Morning to find out if in fact they were coming today. OOPs, I just realized the workers did not place a vapor barrier around the Knee Wall as promised.
