Communication very poor; 2 calls to verify the scheduled appointment time went unreturned. Workers arrived as scheduled and did a great job. I'm satisfied with the work, but not the Administrative office. It took me 3 phone calls this Morning to find out if in fact they were coming today. OOPs, I just realized the workers did not place a vapor barrier around the Knee Wall as promised.
Still have not received Rebate information as promised; Faxed form to Co.- they returned it incomplete. Mailed a copy back to them yesterday - will see if they can finally get it right. Also, took one month to receive invoice, and then it was not a real
