The two-man installation crew was quick, clean and courteous. The only problem I had was that they had been mis-informed about the required thickness for R-38. When I checked the spec sheet for the product on-line, I saw that it needed another 2-1/2 inches over the 13 applied. It took a little longer to resolve the issue than I would have expected, but once the owner (Carol Ann) got involved, it was taken care of in short order with an additional installation visit.
