Everything was done professionally, as expected. Initially the access hatch was not insulated properly, because the crew did not have proper materials with them, but after a call to the service manager they came back within a couple of weeks and finished up.

the installers were very professional and very curtious, but havent seen the "dramatic" difference in warmth in the upstairs as promised by sales dept. that is why there is a 3 star rate
